Present:	Mike Mora (Chairman), Paddy Austin, Neville Bennett, Helen Broughton, David Buist, Mary Corbett, Ishwar Ganda, Bob Shearing and Alison Wilkie
Apologies:	An apology for lateness was received from Ishwar Ganda. Ishwar Ganda arrived at 4.00 pm and was present for clauses 4 and 7 only. Paddy Austin and David Buist retired at 4.15 pm and were present for clauses 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, and part of 7.
