Report of the Parks and Recreation Committee 
to the Council

A meeting of the Parks and Recreation Committee was held on 
Wednesday 29 November 2000 at 3pm and reconvened at 
2pm on Thursday 30 November 2000

Present: Councillor Graham Condon (Chairman),Councillors Erin Baker,  David Buist,  Barry Corbett,  Ishwar Ganda,  Pat Harrow,  Gail Sheriff and Ingrid Stonhill.
In Attendance: Councillor Carole Evans.
Apologies: Apologies for absence were received and accepted from Councillors Carole Anderton, Paddy Austin and Sally Buck.
Councillor Stonhill arrived at 2.05pm and was present for all clauses except clauses 4, 14 and 15.
Councillor Buist arrived at 2.30pm and was present for all clauses except 14 and 15.
Councillor Ganda retired at 3.40pm and was present for clauses 1, 4, 11, 15 and 16.
Councillor Harrow retired at 3.45pm and was present for clauses 1, 4, 11, 15 and 16.
Councillor Baker was present for all clauses except clause 14.
Councillor Sheriff was present for all clauses except clause 14.
