A meeting of the Shirley/Papanui Community Board
was held on Wednesday 6 October 1999 at 4.00 pm

Present: Yvonne Palmer (Chairperson), Myra Barry, Robin Booth, Graham Condon, Dennis Hills, Sally Thompson, Stephen Wright.
In Attendance An apology for lateness was received from Stephen Wright.
Apologies: Apologies for absence were received and accepted from.
Leave of Absence: Anne Carroll, Morgan Fahey.
Robin Booth arrived at 4.10 pm and was present for all clauses except 5, 6, 17, 26, 37.
Stephen Wright arrived at 4.25 pm and was present for all clauses except 5, 6, 17, 25-30, 37.
