Report of the Burwood/Pegasus Community Board
to the Council

A meeting of the Burwood/Pegasus Community Board
was held on Monday 4 October 1999 in the Boardroom,
Shirley Service Centre, 36 Marshland Road at 4.00 pm

Present:	Chrissie Williams (Chairperson), Glenda Burt, David Close, David Dobbie, Carole Evans, Alister James, Andy Lea and Don Rowlands.
In Attendance	All above.
Apologies:	An apology was received and accepted from Caroline Kellaway An apology for lateness was received and accepted from David Close who arrived at 4.24 pm and was present for all items except clauses 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 21 and part of clause 9. An apology for lateness was received and accepted from Alister James who arrived at 6.20 pm and was present for all items except clauses 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 21, 23 and part of clause 20..
