Report of the City Services Committee 9 November 1999

A meeting of the City Services Committee
was held on Tuesday 9 November 1999 at 2.00 pm

Present:	Councillor Denis O’Rourke (Chairman), Councillors Robin Booth, Sally Buck, David Close, Ian Howell, Charles Manning, Sally Thompson and Ron Wright.
Apologies:	Apologies for absence were received and accepted from the Mayor, Councillors David Buist and Graham Condon.
LEAVE OF ABSENCE:	Councillor Morgan Fahey. Councillor Manning arrived at 2.15pm and was present for all clauses. Councillor Close arrived at 2.25pm and was present for all clauses. Councillor Booth retired at 4.20pm and was present for clauses 1, 2, 4, 7-9 and 11.2. Councillor Wright retired at 4.25pm, returned at 5.00pm and was not present for part of clause 10. Councillor Buck retired at 5.00pm and was present for clauses 1, 2, 4, 7-9, 11.2 and 13.
