COMMUNITY SERVICES COMMITTEE 8 JUNE 1999
A meeting of the Community Services Committee was held on Tuesday 8 June 1999 at 12 noon

| APOLOGIES: | Apologies for absence were received and accepted from The
Mayor and from Councillor Sue Wells for lateness. Councillor Sally Buck retired at 1.00 pm and was absent for clauses 1, 2 and 5 to 9. Councillor Paddy Austin arrived at 12.20 pm and retired at 2.00 pm and was absent for clauses 1 and 2, part of clause 3 and clauses 6 and 7. Councillor Barry Corbett retired at 1.30 pm and was absent for clauses 1, 2 and 6 to 9. Councillor Lesley Keast retired at 12.35 pm and was absent for clauses 1, 2 and 4 to 9. Councillor Barbara Stewart retired at 1.00 pm, returned at 2.10pm, and was absent for clauses 1, 5, 8 and 9. Councillor Sally Thompson retired at 2.15 pm and was absent for clauses 2 and 7. |
