| APOLOGIES: | An apology for absence was received and accepted from Councillor Charles
Manning. Councillor Evans arrived at 4.05 pm and was not present for clauses 1 and 5. Councillor Booth arrived at 4.20 pm and was not present for clauses 1, 5 and 6. Councillor Harrow arrived at 4.25 pm and was not present for clauses 1, 2, 5 and 6. Councillor Corbett arrived at 4.45 pm and was not present for clauses 1, 2, 5 and 6. |
