A meeting of the Shirley/Papanui Community Board
was held on Wednesday 24 November 1999 at 4.00 pm

Present:	Yvonne Palmer (Chairperson), Myra Barry, Robin Booth, Anne Carroll, Graham Condon, Dennis Hills, Sally Thompson and Stephen Wright. Robin Booth arrived at 4.20 pm and was present for all clauses except part 2(a). Graham Condon retired at 6.35 pm and was present for all clause except part 12.
