STRATEGY AND RESOURCES COMMITTEE 16 AUGUST 1999

A meeting of the Strategy and Resources Committee was held on Monday 16 August 1999 at 3.00pm

PRESENT:

Councillor David Close (Chairman), The Mayor, Councillors Carole Anderton, Graham Condon, Anna Crighton, Carole Evans, Pat Harrow, Ian Howell, Alister James, Gail Sheriff, Barbara Stewart and Ron Wright

APOLOGIES:

An apology for absence was received and accepted from Councillor Denis O’Rourke.

Councillor Crighton arrived at 3.15pm, retired at 4.45pm during the discussion on clause 16 and was present for clauses 2- 15 inclusive.

The Mayor retired at 4.30pm and was present for clauses 1- 13 inclusive.

Councillor Stewart retired at 5.15pm and was present for all clauses except clauses 17, 18, 19 and 20.
