| LEAVE OF ABSENCE | Councillor Morgan Fahey The Mayor arrived at 2.30pm, left at 4.30pm, returned at 5.15pm and was not present for clause 1, part of clause 15, clauses 17, 25 and 16. Councillor Condon left at 3.20pm, returned at 3.45pm and was not present for clauses 12, 13, 18- 20 and 23. Councillor Howell retired at 4.00pm and was not present for clause 15. Councillors Booth, Buck and Close retired at 4.30pm and were not present for part of clause 15. |
