| APOLOGIES: | Apologies for absence were received and accepted from Councillors Ian Howell and Alister James. Councillor Sheriff arrived at 2.07pm and was present for all clauses except clauses 1 and 2. Councillor Fahey retired at 2.30pm and was present for all clauses except clauses 3, 4.2, 8 and 9. Councillor O’Rourke retired at 2.55pm and was present for all clauses except clause 9. |
