PARKS AND RECREATION COMMITTEE

A meeting of the Parks and Recreation Committee was held on
Wednesday 12 August 1998 at 4.00 pm

PRESENT:   Councillor Gail Sheriff (Acting Chairman), Councillors Carole Anderton, Graham Berry, David Buist, Graham Condon, David Cox and Ishwar Ganda.
IN ATTENDANCE:   Councillors Margaret Murray and Ron Wright.
APOLOGIES:   An apology for absence was received and accepted from Councillor Gordon Freeman.
   Councillor Ganda retired at 5.55 pm and was present for clauses 1, 2, 6, 7 and 10.1.
   Councillors Berry and Cox retired at 6.30 pm and were present for all clauses except clauses 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22.
