Free hire of tables to community groups
The City Council in partnership with Party Warehouse has teamed up to make a small stock of trestle tables available for free use by community groups.
The marquee and party hire company will manage the tables. Co-director Tim Aldridge says, “We’re thrilled to support the work of local community organisations by managing the use of these tables.
“In conjunction with our promotional marquee, which is also available for free to non-profit organisations, we are keen to continue making a contribution to the local community”.
- Groups interested in using the tables should call Party Warehouse on 377 8228 or email tables@partywarehouse.co.nz Proof of non-profit status is required and the company would like as much advance warning of bookings as possible.
