Extend yourself
Mat Pilates (pronounced Pi-lah-tees) is a great class to
help you unwind, feel refreshed and energised. It involves
progressive deep-stretching movements, and most of the
exercises are performed in a sitting or lying position. Classes are available at various City Council venues
across the city. All courses are eight weeks for $40. New
