New Council shapes up "Changes to the Council's committee structures have been made to reflect a multi-discipline approach and to bring all Council groups together in a logical fashion," says Mayor Garry Moore. "In a new move each standing committee will be able to seek external advice if needed and hopefully this decision will reflect what the public told us in the election campaign."
