Huge floral art show for city The National Floral Art Exhibition - FloravisioNZ 2000 - will be held in Christchurch next month, filling the entire Convention Centre (Kilmore Street). The spectacular flower show, from 9-12 November, is the seventh national exhibition, which is staged once every five years by the Floral Art Society of New Zealand. This will be the first in the South Island since 1985. Scottish floral designer Alison Bradley is coming to Christchurch to give a floral theatre interpretation of the film "Braveheart". More than 1000 New Zealand designers will take part in FloravisioNZ, and maximum numbers of entries have been received for the competition classes. Tickets are available at Ticketek.
