within Cathedral Square between the hours of 8.30pm Tuesday 31 December
2002 and 1.30am on Wednesday 1 January 2003. Cathedral Square will
also be closed to traffic between the hours of 8.30pm Tuesday 31
December 2002 and 1.30am on Wednesday 1 January 2003.
