Apologies for absence were received and accepted from Councillors Sally Buck and Ngaire Button.
Councillor Yani Johanson retired at 10.39am and was absent for clauses 3, 4, 5, 7 and 8.
Councillor Helen Broughton arrived at 9.35am and retired at 11.25am and was absent for clauses 7 and 8 and part of clause 5.
Mayor Bob Parker arrived at 10.45am and departed 11.25am, and was absent for clauses 1 and 5 to 8. |
