Present:
Phil Clearwater (Chairperson), Oscar Alpers, Barry Corbett, Paul de Spa, Chris Mene and Sue Wells.
Apologies:
An apology for absence was received and accepted from Megan Woods.
An apology for early departure was received from Sue Wells who left at 6.40pm and was absent for clauses 3 and 4.
Oscar Alpers arrived at 5.15pm and was absent for clause 1.1.
