Present:
Phil Clearwater (Chairperson), Oscar Alpers (from 5.15pm), Paul de Spa, Chris Mene and Megan Woods.
Apologies:
Apologies for absence were received and accepted from Barry Corbett and Sue Wells.
An apology for lateness was received from Oscar Alpers who arrived at 5.15pm and was absent for part clause 1, clause 8 and clauses 11-13.
