Present: Glenda Burt (Chairperson), Carole Evans, Carmen Hammond, Caroline Kellaway, Tina Lomax and Don Rowlands.

Apologies: An apology for absence was received and accepted from Gail Sheriff.
Apologies for lateness were received and accepted from Caroline Kellaway and Don Rowlands.
Caroline Kellaway arrived at 5.05 pm and was absent for clause 5.
Don Rowlands arrived at 5.06 pm and was absent for clauses 5 and 6.
