Present:
Phil Clearwater (Chairperson), Oscar Alpers, Barry Corbett, Chris Mene, Paul de Spa and Sue Wells.
Apologies:
An apology for absence was received and accepted from Megan Woods.
Apologies for lateness were received and accepted from Oscar Alpers and Sue Wells.
Sue Wells arrived at 5.10pm and Oscar Alpers arrived at 5.15pm.
