Present:
Peter Laloli (Chairperson), Neville Bennett, Helen Broughton, Lesley Keast, Mike Mora, Bob Shearing and Tony Sutcliffe.
Apologies:
Apologies for lateness were received and accepted from Bob Shearing and Helen Broughton.
Bob Shearing arrived at 5.10pm and was present for all clauses.
Helen Broughton arrived at 5.20pm and was absent for clauses 1 and 6 only.
