Present:
Bob Todd (Chairperson), David Cox, Anna Crighton, John Freeman, Yani Johanson, Brenda Lowe-Johnson and Brendan Smith.
Apologies:
Brendan Smith arrived at 3.02 pm and was absent for clause 7. John Freeman requested a leave of absence from 14 July until 3 September 2005. It was resolved that this leave of absence be accepted.
