Christchurch City Council: Mayor Garry Moore and Councillors Barry Corbett, Bob Shearing and Gail Sheriff. Banks Peninsula District Council: Mayor Bob Parker and Councillors Stuart Bould, Stephen Lowndes and Stewart Miller.
