A meeting of the Sustainable Transport and Utilities Committee was held on Monday 20 September 2004 at 11.45am

Present:	Councillor Denis O’Rourke (Chairman), Councillors Helen Broughton,  Sally Buck,  Graham Condon,  Barry Corbett,  Carole Evans  and Ron Wright.
Apologies:	Apologies for absence were received and accepted from the Mayor, and Councillors Megan Evans, Ingrid Stonhill and Chrissie Williams. Councillor Helen Broughton retired at 12.01pm and was absent for part of clause 2 and 3.
