Report of the Sustainable Transport and Utilities Committee to the Council meeting of Thursday 23 September 2004

A meeting of the Sustainable Transport and Utilities Committee was held on Tuesday 7 September 2004 at 9.30am

Present:	Councillor Denis O’Rourke (Chairman), Councillors Sally Buck,  Graham Condon,  Barry Corbett,  Carole Evans,  Megan Evans,  Ingrid Stonhill,  Chrissie Williams and Ron Wright.
Apologies:	Apologies for absence were received and accepted from the Mayor and Councillor Helen Broughton. Councillor Sally Buck retired temporarily from 10.05am to 10.13am and retired at 11.25am and was absent for clauses 9, 10, 12, 13, 18-22 and part of clause 11. Councillor Graham Condon retired temporarily from 11.25am to 11.53am and retired at 12.05pm and was absent for clauses 10, 12, 18-22 and part of clause 21. Councillor Megan Evans retired at 12.40pm and was absent for clauses 20 and 22. Councillor Ingrid Stonhill retired temporarily from 10am to 10.08am and retried at 12.40pm and was absent for clauses 20 and 22 and part of clause 11. Councillor Ron Wright retired at 12.40pm and was absent for clauses 20 and 22.
