Report of the Strategy and Finance Committee to the Council meeting of Thursday 23 September 2004

A meeting of the Strategy and Finance Committee was held on Monday 13 September 2004 at 9.15am

Present:	Councillor Alister James (Chair), Councillors Carole Anderton,  Graham Condon,  Barry Corbett,  Anna Crighton,  Ishwar Ganda,  Pat Harrow,  Denis O’Rourke,  Barbara Stewart and Ron Wright.
Apologies:	An apology for absence was received and accepted from the Mayor. Councillor O’Rourke retired at 10.15am and was absent for clauses 3, 4, 5, part of clause 6, 7, 8, 10-16. Councillor Condon retired at 11.05am and was absent for clauses 12.2, 12.3, 14, 15 and 16.
