A meeting of the Spreydon/Heathcote Community Board was held on Tuesday 7 September 2004 at 4.30pm

Present:	Phil Clearwater (Chairperson), Oscar Alpers, Carole Anderton, Lynda Carter, Barry Corbett, Paul de Spa, Sonia Gill, Elizabeth Maunsell and Sue Wells.
Apologies:	Apologies for lateness were received and accepted from Oscar Alpers, who arrived at 4.40pm and was absent for clause 5 and part of clause 1.
