Report of the Spreydon/Heathcote Community Board to the Council meeting of Thursday 23 September 2004

A meeting of the Spreydon/Heathcote Community Board was held on Tuesday 24 August 2004 at 4.30pm

Present:	Phil Clearwater (Chairperson), Oscar Alpers, Carole Anderton, Lynda Carter, Barry Corbett, Paul de Spa and Elizabeth Maunsell.
Apologies:	Apologies for absence were received and accepted from Sonia Gill and Sue Wells. Apologies for lateness were received from Lynda Carter, who arrived at 4.45pm and was absent for clauses 6 and 7 and part of clause 8, and Barry Corbett, who arrived at 5.00pm and was absent for clauses 6, 7 and 8. An apology for temporary absence was received from Carole Anderton, who retired at 5.09pm, being absent for clause 11 and parts of clauses 9 and 10, rejoining the meeting at 5.33pm.
