Report of the Parks, Gardens and Waterways Committee to the Council meeting of Thursday 23 September 2004

A meeting of the Parks, Gardens and Waterways Committee was held on Wednesday 8 September 2004 at 3pm

Present: Councillor Carole Anderton (Chairman),
Councillors Sally Buck,  Anna Crighton,  Carole Evans,  Pat Harrow,  Linda Rutland,
  Chrissie Williams and Ron Wright.
Apologies: An apology for absence was received and accepted from Councillor Helen Broughton.
Apologies for lateness were received and accepted from Councillors Sally Buck, Anna Crighton and Carole Evans.
An apology for early departure was received and accepted from Councillor Anna Crighton.
Councillor Carole Evans arrived at 3.08pm and was absent for part of clause 5.
Councillor Crighton arrived at 3.10pm, retired at 5pm and was absent for part clauses 5 and 12 and clause 13.
Councillor Buck arrived at 3.22pm, was temporarily absent from the meeting from 4.30pm to 4.38pm and was absent for part clause 4 and part clause 5.
