Report of the Community and Leisure Committee to the Council meeting of Thursday 23 September 2004

A meeting of the Community and Leisure Committee was held on Monday 6 September 2004 at 12 noon

Present:	Councillor Graham Condon (Chairman),  Councillors Oscar Alpers,  Carole Anderton,  Barry Corbett,  Carole Evans,  Megan Evans,  Ishwar Ganda,  Ingrid Stonhill and Norm Withers.
Apologies:	An apology for absence was received and accepted from Councillor Lesley Keast. Councillor Stonhill retired at 1.10pm and was absent for clauses 2-4. Councillor Withers retired at 1.40pm and was absent for clauses 2-4. Councillor Corbett retired at 1.50pm and was absent for clauses 3 and 4. Councillor Alpers retired at 2.06pm and was absent for clauses 3.3 and 3.4
