A meeting of the Regulatory and Consents Committee was held on Friday 7 May 2004 at 9.30am

Present:	Councillor Sue Wells (Chair), Councillors David Cox,  Megan Evans,  Ishwar Ganda,  Lesley Keast,  Linda Rutland,  and Norm Withers.
In Attendance:	Councillor Alister James was present from 9.50am to 10.20am.
