Report of the Parks, Gardens and Waterways Committee to the Council meeting of Thursday 27 May 2004

A meeting of the Parks, Gardens and Waterways Committee was held on Wednesday 12 May 2004 at 3pm

Present: Councillor Carole Anderton (Chairman),
Councillors Helen Broughton,  Sally Buck,  Anna Crighton,  Linda Rutland,
  Chrissie Williams and Ron Wright.
Apologies: Apologies for absence were received and accepted from Councillors Carole Evans and Pat Harrow.
Helen Broughton arrived at 3.05pm, temporarily retired from 3.50pm to 3.56pm and was absent for parts of clauses 2, 4.1 and 5.
Councillor Sally Buck arrived at 3.05pm and was absent for part of clause 4.1
Councillor Anna Crighton temporarily retired from 3.35pm to 3.40pm and was absent for part of clause 2.
Councillor Carole Anderton retired at 4.20pm and was absent for clause 9.
Councillor Chrissie Williams assumed the chair for clause 9.
