Report of the Hagley/Ferrymead Community Board to the Council meeting of Thursday 27 May 2004

A meeting of the Hagley/Ferrymead Community Board was held on Wednesday 5 May 2004 at 2pm

Present:	Bob Todd (Chairperson), Rod Cameron, David Cox, Shirley Fairhall, John Freeman, Yani Johanson, Linda Rutland, Brendan Smith and Denis O’Rourke.
Apologies:	An apology was received and accepted from Anna Crighton. An apology for late arrival was received and accepted from Brendan Smith. Rod Cameron arrived at 2.05pm and was absent for clause 6. Brendan Smith arrived at 2.10pm and was absent for clauses 1 and 6 and part of clause 7. Denis O’Rourke departed at 4.00pm and was absent for clause 5. Yani Johanson departed at 4.00pm and was absent for clause 5.
