A meeting of the Hagley/Ferrymead Community Board was held on Wednesday 21 April 2004 at 8.30am

Present: Bob Todd (Chairperson), Rod Cameron, David Cox, Shirley Fairhall, John Freeman, Yani Johanson, Denis O’Rourke, Linda Rutland and Brendan Smith.

Apologies: An apology for late arrival was received and accepted from Brendan Smith and Rod Cameron.
Brendan Smith arrived at 8.40am and was absent for clauses 1 and 2.
Rod Cameron arrived at 9.35am and was absent for clauses 1 and 2 and part of clause 3.
Linda Rutland departed at 10.15am and was absent for part of clause 3.
