A meeting of the Community and Leisure Committee was held on Monday 10 May 2004 at 12 noon

Present:	Councillor Graham Condon (Chairman),  Councillors Oscar Alpers,  Barry Corbett,  David Cox,  Carole Evans,  Megan Evans,  Ishwar Ganda,  Lesley Keast and Norm Withers.
Apologies:	Apologies for absence were received and accepted from Councillors Carole Anderton and Ingrid Stonhill. Councillor Oscar Alpers arrived at 12.30pm and was absent for clause 2.
