Report of the Spreydon/Heathcote Community Board to the Council meeting of Thursday 25 March 2004

A meeting of the Spreydon/Heathcote Community Board was held at 4.30pm on Tuesday 9 March 2004

Present:	Phil Clearwater (Chairperson), Oscar Alpers, Carole Anderton, Lynda Carter, Barry Corbett, Paul de Spa, Sonia Gill, Elizabeth Maunsell and Sue Wells.
Apologies:	Apologies were received and accepted from Sue Wells, who retired at 5.45pm and was absent for part of clause 6 and clauses 2, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13. Paul de Spa arrived at 4.39pm and was absent for clause 3 and part of clause 4. Oscar Alpers arrived at 4.43pm and was absent for clause 3 and part of clause 4.
