Report of the Spreydon/Heathcote Community Board to the Council meeting of Thursday 25 March 2004

A meeting of the Spreydon/Heathcote Community Board was held at 4.30pm on Thursday 19 February 2004

Present:

Phil Clearwater (Chairperson), Oscar Alpers, Carole Anderton, Lynda Carter, Barry Corbett, Paul de Spa, Elizabeth Maunsell and Sue Wells.

Apologies:

An apology for absence was received and accepted from Sonia Gill. An apology for lateness was received and accepted from Sue Wells who arrived at 4.44pm and was absent for part of clause 3. Oscar Alpers arrived at 4.40pm and was absent for clause 1 and part of clause 2. Paul de Spa arrived at 4.48pm and was absent for clauses 1 and 2 and part of clause 3. Carole Anderton retired at 7.00pm and was absent for part of clause 3.
