A meeting of the Shirley/Papanui Community Board was held at 4pm on Wednesday 3 March 2004

Present:	Yvonne Palmer (Chairperson), Dennis Hills (Deputy Chairperson), Myra Barry, Anne Carroll, Robin Booth, Ingrid Stonhill, Graham Condon, Norm Withers and Megan Evans.
