Report of the Parks, Gardens and Waterways Committee to the Council meeting of Thursday 25 March 2004

A meeting of the Parks, Gardens and Waterways Committee was held at 3pm on Wednesday 10 March 2004

Present:	Councillor Carole Anderton (Chairman),  Councillors Helen Broughton,  Sally Buck,  Anna Crighton,  Carole Evans,  Pat Harrow,  Chrissie Williams and Ron Wright.
In Attendance:	Councillor Gail Sheriff (for part of meeting only).
Apologies:	Apologies for lateness were received and accepted from Councillors Helen Broughton,  Chrissie Williams and Ron Wright. Councillor Helen Broughton arrived at 3.30pm and was absent for part of clause 2.1. Councillor Ron Wright arrived at 3.40pm and was absent for clause 2 and part of clause 4. Councillor Chrissie Williams arrived at 3.42pm and was absent for clause 2 and part of clause 4. Councillor Carole Evans temporarily retired from 3.05pm to 3.15pm and was absent for part of clause 2.1. Councillor Ron Wright temporarily retired from 3.58pm to 4.30pm and was absent for part of clause 3 and part of clause 5. Councillor Anna Crighton temporarily retired from 4.56pm to 5.02pm, retired at 5.30pm and was absent for part of clause 1 and part of clause 5.
