Report of the Hagley/Ferrymead Community Board to the Council meeting of Thursday 25 March 2004

A meeting of the Hagley/Ferrymead Community Board was held at 2pm on Wednesday 3 March 2004

Present: Bob Todd (Chairperson), Rod Cameron, David Cox, Anna Crighton, John Freeman, Yani Johanson, Linda Rutland, Brendan Smith and Denis O’Rourke
Apologies: Rod Cameron arrived at 2.10pm and was absent for clauses 8-10 and 20.
Brendan Smith arrived at 2.11pm and was absent for clauses 8-10, 20 and part of sub clause 7.2.
Anna Crighton arrived at 2.12pm and departed at 5.13pm and was absent for clauses 4, 6, 8-10, 14, 15 and 18-23.
Denis O’Rourke was absent for part of clauses 1 and 11.
Yani Johanson was absent for part of clause 13.
