Report of the Burwood/Pegasus Community Board to the Council meeting of Thursday 25 March 2004

A meeting of the Burwood/Pegasus Community Board was held at 4pm on Monday 1 March 2004

Present:

Don Rowlands (Chairperson), Bob Andrews, Glenda Burt, Carole Evans, Carmen Hammond, Alister James, Caroline Kellaway, Andy Lea, Gail Sheriff and Chrissie Williams.

Apologies:

An apology for lateness was received and accepted from Carmen Hammond, who arrived at 4.10 pm and was absent for clause 7 and part of clause 1. An apology for lateness was received and accepted from Andy Lea, who arrived at 4.16 pm and was absent for clause 7 and part of clause 1. An apology for lateness was received and accepted from Gail Sheriff, who arrived at 4.32 pm and was absent for clauses 1, 7 and part of clause 2. Alister James retired at 5.40 pm and was absent for clauses 8, 11 and part of clauses 1 and 5.
