A meeting of the Arts, Culture and Heritage Committee was held at 3.30pm on Thursday 11 March 2004

Present:	Councillor Anna Crighton (Chairman),  Councillors Oscar Alpers,  Paddy Austin,  Sally Buck,  Pat Harrow,  Gail Sheriff,  Barbara Stewart and Ingrid Stonhill.
Apologies:	Councillors Ingrid Stonhill and Barbara Stewart arrived at 3.35pm and were not present for clause 1. Councillor Paddy Austin arrived at 3.40pm and was not present for clause 1 and part of clause 2. Councillor Oscar Alpers arrived at 3.47pm and was not present for clause 1 and part of clause 2.
