Report of the Spreydon/Heathcote Community Board to the Council meeting of Thursday 1 July 2004

A meeting of the Spreydon/Heathcote Community Board was held on Tuesday 18 May 2004 at 4.30pm

Present:	Phil Clearwater (Chairperson), Oscar Alpers, Carole Anderton, Lynda Carter, Barry Corbett, Paul de Spa, Elizabeth Maunsell and Sue Wells.
Apologies:	An apology for absence was received and accepted from Sonia Gill. An apology for lateness was received and accepted from Carole Anderton, who arrived at 5.26pm and was absent for clauses 1.1, 1.2, 3 and part of clause 4. Paul de Spa arrived at 4.40pm and was absent for clause 3 and part of clause 1.1. Oscar Alpers arrived at 4.47pm and was absent for clause 3 and part of clause 1.1.
