A meeting of the Regulatory and Consents Committee was held on Wednesday 9 June 2004 at 9.15am and reconvened on Friday 11 June 2004 at 10.45am

Apologies:	9 June 2004 Apologies for absence were received and accepted from the Mayor and Councillors Megan Evans and Ishwar Ganda. Councillor Helen Broughton retired at 2pm and was absent for part of clause 2. 11 June 2004 Apologies for absence were received and accepted from the Mayor and Councillor Ishwar Ganda. Councillor Lesley Keast retired at 11am and was absent for part of clause 2.
