Report of the Regulatory and Consents Committee to the Council meeting of Thursday 1 July 2004

A meeting of the Regulatory and Consents Committee was held on Friday 11 June 2004 at 9.30am

Present:	Councillor Sue Wells (Chair), Councillors Helen Broughton,  David Cox,  Megan Evans,  Lesley Keast,  Linda Rutland,  Gail Sheriff and Norm Withers.
Apologies:	Apologies for absence were received and accepted from the Mayor and Councillor Ishwar Ganda and an apology for lateness was received and accepted from Councillor Helen Broughton who arrived at 9.35m and was absent for part of clause 1. Councillor Helen Broughton retired temporarily from 9.37am to 9.39am and was absent for part of clause 1.
