Report of the Parks, Gardens and Waterways Committee to the Council meeting of Thursday 1 July 2004

A meeting of the Parks, Gardens and Waterways Committee was held on Wednesday 16 June 2004 at 3pm

Present:	Councillor Carole Anderton (Chairman), Councillors  Carole Evans,  Pat Harrow,  Linda Rutland,  Chrissie Williams and Ron Wright.
Apologies:	Apologies for absence were received and accepted from Councillors Helen Broughton, Sally Buck and Anna Crighton. Councillor Chrissie Williams arrived at 3.08pm and was absent for part of clause 1. Councillor Ron Wright arrived at 4.40pm and was absent for clauses 1-5 part 6, 7-11.
