Report of the Urban Planning and Growth Special Committee to the Council meeting of Thursday 29 July 2004

A meeting of the Urban Planning and Growth Special Committee was held on Wednesday 7 July 2004 at 10.15am

Present:	Councillor Sally Buck (Chairperson),Councillors Helen Broughton,  David Cox, Anna Crighton,Pat Harrow,  Denis O'Rourke,  Sue Wells and Chrissie Williams.
Apologies:	Apologies for absence were received and accepted from Councillors Oscar Alpers and Linda Rutland. Councillor Denis O’Rourke arrived at 10.22am and retired temporarily from 10.48am to 11.10am and was absent for part of clauses 1 and 3. Councillor Helen Broughton arrived at 10.28am and was absent for clause 3.
