A meeting of the Shirley/Papanui Community Board was held on Wednesday 7 July 2004 at 4pm

Present:	Yvonne Palmer (Chairperson), Dennis Hills (Deputy Chairperson), Myra Barry, Anne Carroll, Megan Evans, Ingrid Stonhill and Stephen Wright.
Apologies:	An apology for absence was received and accepted from Robin Booth. An apology for lateness was received and accepted from Graham Condon, who arrived at 4.20pm, and who was absent for clauses 1‑5 inclusive.
